Frances Clare Untalan is the current PHI champion. Perticheto finished behind her.

Frances Clare Untalan, age 17, won senior ladies. Score 114.90

She competed at Skate Canada Autumn Classic last fall. She had TES of 25.18 in the SP and
but she bombed the FS
Frances Clare UNTALAN PHI 61.74 26.06 39.68 5.30 4.85 4.55 5.15 4.95 4.00 #

at JGP Tallinn 2014, a little better, but not good enough.
19 Frances Clare UNTALAN PHI 67.52 32.04 37.48 4.89 4.64 4.50 4.79 4.61 2.00 #20

so as far as I know, she doesn't make the TES cut? Did she get it somewhere else?

No, Untalan doesn't have reached the TES. And for Cabiles, it would be hard...

Other recent split : Lucas/Yerzhanov (Kazakhstan), she's on IcePartnerSearch. So not more than 15 teams in ice dancing.
