Ice dancers Anna Yanovskaya (Russian: Анна Яновская) & Sergey Mozgov (Russian: Серге́й Мозгов) represent Russia. Yanovskaya was born on November 23, 1996, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, while Mozgov was born 10 March 1995 in Moscow, Russia. The team split. Sergei is now skating with Betina Popova. Thank you, Irina89, for starting this thread! Anna and Sergey are great! Their couple is so gorgeous, passionate and technically well equipped (especially in lifts, which is rare among russian teams). They are still juniors, but have already become one of my favorite ice dancers and I was so much disappointed, when they finished 2nd at 2014 Junior Worlds.
They have really progressed a lot during last couple of seasons, and I hope they'll finally win junior WC this year and keep pace in progressing in Seniors next season.

Really impressive pair. I hope they have a very successful transition to senior level skating.

I know, right?? He's a star. A peacock for sure, but a really likable one (unlike some people we know). For some reason, he reminds me of a popular football or basketball jock that's transferred into skating. Something about his carriage or body type I guess.

Same.I think they'd be in contention for that third spot on the world team. A lot of positives for that team and I see them being able to back up their junior success and transition smoothly in to the senior tour.

The junior nationals are coming up soon, so we'll be able to see him and my personal favorite, Yuri Vlasenko ( he isnt that good of a dancer, but he looks like my bf so Ill root for him )

Not bad. These scores wouldve had them in 4th place in the senior nationals, several points ahead of S/K.
Correct me if wrong, but do the junior FD's contain less lifts? If so, I guess they have higher scoring potential once they move to seniors.
