The Chicago Blackhawks and the Anaheim Mighty Ducks are playing today. It is game 7 of something, I have no idea what. This finals series is going on forever. This sort of stuff is what makes me confused when people say Americans have short attention spans.
Also, I am also confused about the anthem thing. Why does the crowd spend the anthem trying to drown it out with cheers? Why aren't they singing, why aren't the players singing?

Because it's the Cup.

Looks like Chicago is minutes away from winning the Stanley Cup, and the Cup itself still hasn't arrived due to severe weather in the city.
