Ah, Junior Chocktaws were my worst enemy for my Junior Moves. I don't remember the targets for the moves but for me, a deep knee bend and finding a tempo were key elements for me to succeed. My coach phrased it as stepping from one train track to the next(this is assuming that they are parallel like | | )
You have to think of an exaggerated bend on the back one and an exaggerated bend on the front one. I found myself doing a deep back one but a shallow front one and it made me go off the straight line.
