The Storm 🎊 Pipe Band

I came from the hills with a tear in my eye
The winter closed in and the crows filled the sky
The houses were burning in flames gold and red
The people were running with eyes full of dread

Ah, my James
They didn't have to do this

We chased them for miles I had tears in my eyes
Through forest and moor as the clouds filled the sky
The storm broke upon us with fury and flame
Both hunters and hunted washed down in the rain

Ah, my James
They didn't have to do this

I know I can never return
To the time of hope when I was born
Let the strength of peace run through my hand

When we walk away from the storm's roar
Then I will be afraid no more
And now I'm sure of where I stand
Let the strength of peace run through this land

------Midnight (below omitted)------

And nobody smiled as we took back our own
While rain beat upon us the thunder would moan
And nobody smiled when we knew what was lost
We knew well enough only time proves the cost

I was just doing a search for something, and this guy came up. And when I saw the title of this song, I just had to find out what it was like. And it was actually really good!

Tony Watkins - "Super Sexy Geeky Cosplay Girls"

Oh, and although his band and everything is Russian, he is actually from my neck of the woods. His hometown is 10 miles away from mine!

OK, sorry about the double post. But I was just listening to some more of Tony's songs, and came across this one:

Tony Watkins - "И я вас люблю"

Absolutely brilliant!!! :cheer:   :party2: :points:

I just wish the subtitles continued for the whole of the second half of the song. Because I would love to know what he was saying!

Who would have thought it? A Tyrone man singing in Russian!

Been watching the Challenge Cup, and loved the songs used by the American skaters that topped and tailed the opening group of the Advanced Novice Ladies SP.

I don't know who was singing the cover of "Hallelujah" that was used by Isabelle EMLER, but it is one of the better female versions I have heard.

Although I didn't know the song used by Alina BONILLO, I knew exactly who was singing as soon as the vocals kicked in. So, it didn't take a lot of hunting to find the song:

Shakira - "Ojos Así"

Despite knowing of her Lebanese background for the best part of 2 decades, this was the first time I had heard Shakira singing in Arabic. And I absolutely loved it!!!

I've got most of her English albums and some of her Spanish albums, but now I want her to do a whole album in Arabic.

Yesterday Pelageya really impressed me. She is a folk singer. I knew her before and I loved her, but yesterday she was asked to sing together with some modern singers. She managed to do it so organically!
(Rammstein, Post Malone, Skrillex)
I think it is awesome!

I can post the songs Pelageya usually sings, if it is interesting.
