I actually love the program and can't wait to see the competitive version! :love:

But knowing that it initially split fans into two camps I just hope Sho won't receive more flack for it and that it goes down well with the judges.

It’s great! Shoma clearly loves to skate Great Spirit. And he owns it. Of course, we are now in full chaos mode but it’s a fun ride.

I think it’s pretty much confirmed, there are a lot of fan reports from the show. But I’m still waiting for a media report or for him to update his site just to be 100% sure.
I agree, he’s really feeling this program now.

Well, if it is true then I'm excited. It's a bit different and more importantly, Shoma likes performing it!
I wonder what costume he will compete in though :eek:

Yes, he did say that the free will be new. He said that after "The Ice" they will get choreography done, and the SP will have lots of tweaking too with steps and jumps.

Kanako asked him about his time in Russia. He said that it was very very very hard...he had major pauses before answering the question, which led me to think he was trying to put it nicely that it didn't work out for him? Just my interpretation.

Me too... and I am so interested to know more. He did comment it more than others interviews after that... but my limited Japanese is non existence.
