Anyone has any idea about how to buy tickets for this event?

This year Mao Asada will compete in this event so I think there will be a lot of Japanese fans coming to see Mao!

I was told that the tickets are not on sale yet. Sounds really strange because there're less than 2 months before the event but I don't know Chinese and I cannot check. (((
