Kaori will compete at the 68th National High School Championships from January 24th-27th. Should be a good tune up for her before 4cc
Yes, but one minor point is that, for the inter-high school competition, it incorporates specifically the ISU FS rules for junior categories. This means the programs of all competitors have to follow the rules for junior (incl. only flip as solo jump in SP, and other restrictions). In this case, it's not necessary advantageous for skaters who are already competing in senior to change their program layouts. This is one of the reasons why Kaori had been jumping 3L-2T and practicing 3L-3T during Nagoya FS festival.
Oh I didn't know that. Will be cool to see her solo flip.
According to Twitter Kaori did 3Lz3T 2A 3F, scoring 73.75

3Lz3T tho??? I thought she'd go for 3Lo3T but I never expected 3Lz3T b/c of her edge issue, but pumped she's in first place!
