I am sad to see the JGP drawing to a close. I will really miss spending the end of the week with Ted (my new favorite skating commentator).

Other than pronouncing names (which I couldn't do any better, by the way) he is a kind, informative, to-the-point and enthusiastic commentator.
He's always happy when someone does well. :thumbsup:

I really liked the young Ukrainian team Maria GOLUBTSOVA / Kirill BELOBROV!
They have a smooth, light, almost care-free style in this dancers, not to mention a cool lift
good job guys! At 14 &14 you have a great future ahead, I hope and expect.

Level 2 on the Beckers' lift is a significant hit by the tech panel. Looks like the change of position was not found to be distinct? The same call was made on Ghislandi & Ortenzi ITA's lift, so the panel was consistent that way.

The Technical Controller (USA) doesn't give the levels---the Technical Specialists (RUS and AUT) do that. The TC is there to settle disputes and make sure rules are followed.
