I actually think V/T looked better at the test skates.

That was exactly what I was thinking! She is so amazing and a trooper to land everything the way she did. I was afraid he wasn't going to catch her... but she's a rock star. Totally.

I think he just choked. There was no reason for it to happen like that. The twists were fine at the test skates.

Well one thing you can say I think is that he looked far more committed to the choreography than he did at the test skates. The problem is, it's not great choreography, more pastiche Bollywad than Bollywood (oh Marian Zueva, when you're good, you're very very good). I do love the second position in the lift--very in character with the music. She is a rock star.

Like riding a bicycle after 20 years--a bit wobbly but they got through it.

Haha me too, but she was just like huh, whatever, moving on. She really is amazing.

Sorry, but I HATED that.

I hated the music (and I like a lot of Indian music), and I hated the costumes (especially Maxim's)

The skating was good but, for me, it didn't offset everything else.
