HUGE TES right now. Honestly these two aren't my favorite, but that was fun.

That last program made no sense to me? I'm like whatever. :palmf:

All top three teams were absolutely MAGICAL. Oh my God, McNamara and Loboda are such fantastic ladies, very pretty and artistic girls. The Parsons were kinda basic honestly, although I liked their dance. And worst performance of the evening good to French. Sorry :)

McNamara/Carpenter'sSD is so awesome, and they skated it very well today.

The placements changed not at all from the qualification order, and scores are tight at the top (to suggest a close race?).

I'm off to find batteries for the Bluetooth keyboard. Typing on the ipad screen is too slow for competition threads.

And Popova's dance is such a powerful thing, I wasn't a fan, it looks fantastic live. But the edges need work.

do you think bro/sis factor contribute to this?

Like with the Shibs I really dont care that they're sibs at all. But maybe this time it IS a factor?:scratch2:

No, their presentation is just visibly poorer than other teams. Maybe they will improve on that aspect. I would even put them under Popova/Vlasenko here. But overall I liked them.

I hope that someone tells the director that we want to see the ENTIRE twizzle segment in the replays before the SR dance event.

I love the Parsons (Michael is an awesome ice dancer) but they are so close in size that when you factor in the brother-sister thing, I don't think they have much of a future in Seniors.

Also finally realized why I have enjoyed the Jr SD so much this season: I am a fan of a well skated non-touching mid-line segment!!
