Yuna Kim & Stéphane Lambiel at the 2016 YOG

Yuna Kim is an ambassador for 2016 Winter Youth Olympics in Lillehammer while Stephane seems like doing a similar role for the next 2020 YOG held in Switzerland.

It was nice to see all things Yuna did for the event and Stéphane give flowers to the medalists in men's and ladies ceremonies. I feel like they deserve an own thread. It is also good that they have promote the IOC event and young talents for the future. :luv17:

Just a wee minor correction. Stéphane wasn't giving out flowers. He was giving out cuddly toys.

You know, I like the way that they gave cuddly toys instead of flowers to the medallists. Like, flowers don't last. The medal has to be kept somewhere safe. But a cuddly toy is something you can set on the shelf and look at in years to come and think "I won that at the Olympics!"

And it is also something that Marthe Krakstad JOHANSEN can look back at and say "The great Tora Berger gave that to me, but she had to pick it up off the ground and wipe snow off it after it fell off the presentation cushion!"

Those that watched the Biathlon Single Mixed Relay this morning will know what I'm talking about.
