I find it interesting that anytime this season that I have mentioned W/P being dropped and that they missed their chance at a World Title other posters responded that I was over reacting or being stupid. Yet only 1 person has predicted they will win worlds this year. And in fact most have them in 3rd place and a few even have them off the Podium.

fallingsk8er, I too would have had Seguin/Bilodeau in my top 6, if not my top 3, but last week Skate Canada announced they have withdrawn due to injury. You may want to make an adjustment, accordingly. Good luck, and I am sure S&B will be in the top 6 next Worlds. :)

I think that Patrick has like 20% chance to win. I mean, there are a huge gap between Hanyu and everyone else but it doesn't mean that Yuzu will always be skating clean, like he did at GPF. Fernandez will probably place 3rd or 4th even with the bad skate. He been over-scored all year long and it will happen again in Boston. You can take a look at my thoughts about the men's event here.

I am not good at this at all so here goes absolutely nothing.

Pairs

1. Sui and Han (they seem annointed and appointed
2. Volosozhar and Trankov from Russia injury, not enough tech power
3. Savchenko and Massot from Germany (this team seems to have things falling its way or skaters falling at least)
4. Stolbva and Klimov from Russia injury will do them in don't be surprised if they end up fifth behind the Americans
5. S and Kneirim from USA They'll do it in the good ole usa though watch those singles jumps - they got to land them
6. Duhamel and Radford - seems with injury, lack of confidence and judges willing to d ump them

Men

1. Hanyu - can't touch him
2. Fernandez - judges will hold him up
3. Boyang - new wonder kid
4. Chan - struggling to find himself again
5. Yan - nice complete package but hard with so much talent
6. Shomo - the future

Dance

1. French Papadakis and Cizeron - judges love them
2. Shibutani's - it's their time and its in the usa maybe even gold
3. Chock and Bates - its the usa
4. Weaver and Poje
5. C and L
6. Hubbell and Donahoe (it's in the usa)

Ladies

1 Miyara - consistency
2. Mao Asada - she does it.
3. Gracie Gold - it's the usa and the odds are favouring an American podiuming after so long of a wait
4. Evgenia Medeveva
5. Ashley Wagner
6. Radinova

Wow, I guess Patrick Chan must skate really bad or is injured? So many people have Seguin and Bilodeau in the mix but I thought they pulled out a while ago???

Dance (these may change when the panel is named)
Gabriella PAPADAKIS / Guillaume CIZERON This is going to be close between them and the Shibs
Shibs I wanted to put them 1st but would hate to jinx them.
W&P (No Canadian judge) I would love to see them win 1 title before V&M come back
C&B Just not impressed with them this year. I would actually have them lower
C&L I could see them in 4th
H&D If they knock the SD out of the park they could be higher. They should be in the final flight after the SD
