They also have decided to let some skaters change their coaches or skating schools, for ex.,
A.Mukhortova, E.Mitrofanova, V.Mikhailova, A. Tarusina will join CSKA skating club together with their coach.

The release also says that Kovtun didn't aply for his transfer to Inna Goncharenko, that's why he would have to stay with Buyanova.

Anything about Khaliavin in there? There is a rumor he would be released to skate for Spain with Sara Hurtado.

Yes, there is. FFKR asked the Moscow Federation of figure skating to consider a permission for the transfer of Kyrill Haliavin under the jurisdiction of the Spain Federation. So, this is not a rumour anymore. In p.4 of the document the Moscow fed agreed. It's not an official release. But the decision is official and he will be released.

Another interesting thing: Betina Popova and Maxim Kovtun didn't send a statement of their transfers to the Moscow Federation of figure skating, so now they're still considered their previous coaches' students (Buyanova and Rumyantseva).

Edit:
Also: Anna Yanovskaya officially goes to Zhuk and Svinin's group. That's... interesting.

So, they can skate with one coach while they are listed with another? Is that why Elena and Ruslan aren't on the document?

I have no idea what the thing with Kovtun and Popova, honestly.

And Elena and Ruslan are not in there because they don't change their coaches, as simple as that.

Wow, that's a huge list!

Kvitelashvili will be eligible for next Europeans. Yushchenko is already eligible for the 1st part of next season.
Diana Davis will probably be on the JGP circuit.

Any informations about new partnerships of Andrei Lebed, Eva Khachaturian, Georgi Revia, Aleksandr Prachanov, Ekaterina Aleksandrovskaia, Aleksandra Pletneva and Arina Cherniavskaia?
Sergei Aleksandrov already competed at french juniors in february, with Ayumi Roux.

wrong move for Yushenko, don't you have to be part jewish to get an aliyah ?

imo skating for Ukraine which she must have Ukrainian roots "ko" would be better option than Israel :bang:
Ukraine has no good ladies skaters atm

Israel is for shure better option than Ukraine, even for someone with name ending "ko" or "uk".
Ukraine besides that has no good ladies skaters, has no money for sport as well. Also they look suspiciously for anyone coming from Russia ("state-agressor")

If Chernivskaya swapped countries, does it mean that the whole pair is going, or did Chernivskaya -Souza Kordeiru split up?
If Ivanova is moving to Pavlova, are they moving both (including her partner Khakimov), or did they split up?

Aliyah isn't the only way of getting Israeli citizenship, and also since Jewish origin is determined through mother line (so not necessarily reflected in surname), she might be as Jewish as it gets. Ukraine on the other hand might be problematic with all the political and economical problems. Lots of places have no good ladies skaters at the moment, but this isn't good enough reason alone.

I’m very glad for Eva Hachaturyan that she’s found a partner and will have a chance to compete internationally at the Sr. level beyond B competitions.

I’m sorry that Ksenia Monko’s injury has apparently proved career-ending, but very glad that Kirill Khalyavin and Sara Urtado have found new partners, and that Kirill’s off-ice relationship Ksenia seems not to have been affected by this, judging from the pics in social media, and that he’ll now have a chance to go to Euros, Worlds and Olympics. It’s a pity, though, that Ksenia didn’t have that chance.

I have no idea what the thing with Kovtun and Popova, honestly.
Same here! Is Popova having second thoughts? And has Buyanova managed to persuade Kovtun to go back to her (I really don’t even wish to think by which means)?

And Elena and Ruslan are not in there because they don't change their coaches, as simple as that.
Even though they say they’re going back to America to resume training with Igor Shpliband on a permanent basis in June?

So, they can skate with one coach while they are listed with another? Is that why Elena and Ruslan aren't on the document?
I assume they’ll add him as a third coach to their official list of coaches. I think Shpilband has done that with some other ID teams, as well as Zueva with C/L. If so, then I think it’s a good thing. They train mostly with Shpilband who’ll also accompany them to competition, but they won’t be cutting ties with Kustarova and Alexeeva either, possibly training with them for a week or so now and then and having them accompany them to competitions as well. It may be that IZ have a very high opinion of KA as coaches, who are, after all, considered the best ID technicians in Russia. It may also be that Elena and Ruslan are grateful to the coaches who’ve made them the most interesting and promising ID team starting from their first season together. I think that it’s likely both, and it makes me admire IZ even more, both as people and as professionals. Personally, I think it’s the best solution.

Israel grants its citizenship to all applicants who have at least one Jewish grandparent on either side, because that was enough for a person to lose his civil rights, be sent to a concentration camp or be murdered on the spot at his/her home during the Nazis regime. However, that applies to everybody in general. Like most countries, I think Israel also grants its citizenship to people it considers professionally beneficent to their state, such as promising athletes.

Wow. Long list... YARD SALE! :)
ROFL! If only all skating federations did that.
