Is there going to be any streaming or are we relying on fancams and bleacher reports? Also, is anyone going to the solo ice dance events?

Reportedly it will be livestreamed but not by IceNetwork. I have no further information than that.

karne, are you referring to just the Aerial Challenge?

Or to the Broadmoor Open in entirety?

Ah, sorry Golden, I meant just the Aerial Challenge.

For the record, I went and checked the Wheat Designs website - the former streamers of the Broadmoor - and they don't have any mention so I assume it's not them.

Yeah it looks like it is showing warm ups right now... the schedule shows a Jr-Sr warmup right now... and a senior lady from nationals was just called...so this lines up. I like watching the warm ups.

I have a live stream of skating on one monitor, a live stream of kittens on the other... i am in heaven, my better half I think is in hell.

Tessa Hong's FS music is a vocal version of Ave Maria. It sounds nice but I haven't identified singer / composer yet.

One thing I noticed is that the camera is stationary during practices. I hope that changes during competition!

No info on Aerial Challenge yet. Jason appears to be a question mark for SP today; he's not mentioned for other events. No mention of Nathan, Max or Josh so far. Mariah Bell, Ashley Cain, Angela Wang, Tomoki Hiwatashi, Alexei Krasnosohn, and Romain Ponsart are some of the competitors listed for today / tomorrow.

As of today, seems that ProEventPhoto has added a second channel -- designated for the Aerial Challenge.

A new second button on the ProEventPhoto home page says: "Click here to view the Skate Great Aerial Figure Skating Challenge Livestream"

Re today's Broadmoor jump events for senior men, senior ladies, junior men, junior ladies:

Per Tom Z, the top three US skaters in all four divisions qualify for the Aerial Challenge.

Plus prize money for top three (not clear to me whether non-US skaters are eligible for prize money??).​

Cuteness alert:

Dmitri Krasnozhon, who I assume is Aleksei's father, has been posting photos on Twitter and Instagram.
Dr. K (a surgeon) lives in Russia, I believe. Last year, he traveled to Colorado Springs to be with his son for this comp. Same this year.

Very sweet that Papa/Dr. K has been taking some nice selfies, e.g., with Aleksei's bestie Nathan.
(Lest anyone wonder: Nathan has been based at the OTC during his recovery. His presence in Colorado Springs does not mean that he is competing.)​
