Not perfect from Se Bin, but a LOT better than yesterday.

She should jump Golovkina, but not sure about Efimenko.

I see the potential in the pushing movements she makes with her hands in the middle of the program to look nice, but she needs to finagle them a little more

Anna Dušková!!!!

I run Anna and Martin's Fan Fest, so they are my adopted children.

Pity about the double hands down, because it was going very well until then.

Then an attempted fall, quickly followed by an actual fall.

I think she started to lose confidence after that.

But, like the World Champion she is, she pulled it together and had a good final third.

Looks very disappointed. But, after winning a Junior Grand Prix just a week ago, you would be.

Oh well, you can look forward to your next JGP assignment.

Yes honestly I am surprised she's continuing her singles career at this point- she is a MUCH better pairs skater and training to do both has to be taking a toll.

The thing is, Anna likes doing Singles. And lets face it, she should have been Czech Senior Ladies Champion last season, except that Eliška Březinová was massively marked up.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot about Michaela Lucie Hanzlíková was in between them. So, Anna could have been the runner-up.

Agreed. Unless she wants to become a next Kristi, her time will be useful spent to develop her pair skills and basic SS.

I definitely don't feel like the Czech republic has a better single lady but this has to be almost doubling her training time and honestly (and I really like her so I don't mean this cruelly, but just realistically) she's never going to be good enough to be a 'top' lady, whereas she definitely could be a top pair. If she likes it and doesn't want to quit, more power to her, but I still can't help but feel that at this point she'd be better served by focusing her efforts.

And hi! It's been a busy few months for sure but I hope to be around the competition threads some at least now that the season is starting

You know, when Kristen was given the Senior Worlds spot last season, I thought it was a massive mistake. That it would be far too much pressure on her, and she would be like a rabbit in the headlights.

She was.

But, the experience seems to have helped her. Because she has matured so much between then and the two competitions I have seen her in this season.

Now I'm looking forward to the battles between her and Danni Harrison in the years to come.

Half of me thinks Helery's dress is nice, and the other half thinks is looks like her chest is being groped by two giant red hands.

Mmm, even I could tell she was going to fall on that first jump when she went into it. That two foot scratch got a little wild at the end.

She keeps performing the program through all her troubles- that's a good trait. Best of luck to her going forward
