so, because it seems that penalizing is not applied, I wonder if a positive reward system could work better? but, maybe you are right... it's already a pain ...

Sometimes I even think get rid of positive GOE altogether and just take negatives (essentially, 0 (BV), -1, -2, -3, -4, -5 or whatever). Bonus system could work but I just think that's adding on unnecessary stuff and not really fixing what is already there or at least looking at what else could be done.
