thanks to you, ice coverage, I got to watch Petrov.
I love how he skates with such conviction and the power of his connection with his music, whatever it is.
Usually when a SP has two falls, I kind of check out. Oddly enough, Tim's performance held my attention, despite the flaws. The commentators (who seem to be ice dancers) appreciated it too. This program could be mesmerizing if skated clean.

Wow, this program really shows off Grant's gorgeous musicality. The 4T-2T was beautiful. After the 3A, he didn't lose the program; he just eased right back into that wonderful expression of the character of the music.
Even when he's doing forward stroking, it's in time and Mood with the music. Just Lovely.

I totally agree, many wonderful moments in this Short. Today his jumps just were not there but the spins and components were lovely, and I can't wait to see how it evolves.

I really like Grant's program and his quad was great. I can't tell you how many times I've seen men land a quad and then sit down on a triple axel. This program is great for him and he really does perform it well. I'm sure he's frustrated but, he's definitely on the right track with this SP. Here's hoping for a strong recovery in the LP.
