The Bulgarian one as well. I like all the events here. I have some disagreement with the commentator tastes but as long as I see everything live with good quality I am happy. Very happy.

As of last night, when I was selecting programs to record... the broadcast TV EPG for British Eurosport was not showing the Ladies FS or gala live... only highlights... :-/

Really? Too bad. :( That's still a lot live events though :) I know we have a good coverage planned, because there are qualifiers for FIFA World Cup this weekend, so no Bundesliga to collide with schedule :hap10:

Yes, still the vast majority is covered live - for which I am grateful!

I wonder who will be the commentator for British Eurosport. I was impressed by Catherine Whitaker's debut last week. She is knowledgeable, has a polished and professional manner (you could tell she was already an experienced commentator)... and she is positive/constructive/balanced... so she fits right in with the BESP team.

Chris Howarth remains my favourite "tech" member - as an active coach he is so knowledgable, and he has an eagle eye for spotting errors and issues. But Catherine might be the next best now (much as I like Mark Hanretty, he does have a strong accent which I know some people struggle with...)

After how popular it was last week, I am using the table as the placeholder this week again. (The actual schedule lists will be made out and pasted into this post tomorrow morning).

Eurosport Asia and Eurosport Australia both still have the old TV listings page as well as the new one:

http://tv.asia.eurosport.com
http://tv.au.eurosport.com

Unfortunately, these two regions don’t have Eurosport 2. And they do not show Figure Skating! :disapp:

But, one good thing with these versions still having the old pages was that I was able to access the drop down menu listing which version was distributed to each country. And that formed the basis of the country column of my table.

I have no idea what is going on, but any time I have tried to access the Hungarian version of the Eurosport Player website the past few days, I have been getting an “Invalid URL” message.

And whenever I tried to access the Bulgarian, Portuguese, Serbian and Turkish versions of Eurosport Player via the logical addresses, I have been getting “website not found” messages.

I did manage to get into the Russian Eurosport Player website. But, whenever I tried to click into the TV Schedule page, it re-directed me to the British Eurosport site. So, I couldn’t test out the search facility.

So, if anybody in these countries could let me know if they have a local Eurosport Player, and what the address for the TV Guide on it is, I would really appreciate it.

CBC.ca appears to be streaming all events but I will miss most of Friday because I'm working. :(

It seems like the ES player does no longer offer the ISU channel :(

If by ES player you mean the Eurosport player... ??? It shows the stream just fine for me. It lists all the events of the GP France this weekend.

Hm. On the British Eurosport player, there is no dedicated ISU channel scheduled for this weekend (so far, anyway).

There are the "regular" Eurosport channels... which are thankfully showing all of TdF live except the gala on Sunday which is highlights-only (seems they have added the Ladies FS to the scheduling, which wasn't there when I looked a few days ago).

The dedicated ISU channel is better if you don't want commentary or adverts, want to see the judges introductions, 6min warmups, medal ceremonies etc (and zambonis LOL)... or if coverage is edited/missing on the regular Eurosport channels.

Or if there is live snooker commentary audible in the live skating coverage, like last week's Free Dance -_- (yes that's right, they found a new way for snooker to ruin the skating coverage, if they weren't able to do it with interminable over-running matches steamrolling the schedules...)

Anyway - I am reminded of how the ISU channel disappeared last year after a couple of GP events, never to return for the rest of the season. So I am currently not optimistic about extending my subscription for another month... :-/

The dedicated channel, without the commentary or adverts? I see lots of motorbike streams, the FIS channel, but no ISU.

Eurosports just loves it´s snooker :)

I guess for them the channel is not needed, if they show it on ES 1 and ES2. Shame :(

Maybe... but they had the "ISU" channel for SA, SC and CoR at the same time they were showing live skating on ES2... so why change it now?

A cynic might call it a bait-and-switch scam: make the coverage look really good for 2-3 competitions, tempting people to buy an annual subscription on that basis... and once they suckered enough people... quietly drop the ISU channel...

I've just checked eurosport player (the only option I have) and their schedule says "Cup of Russia". Don't know if this is just another mistake of many made by eurosport, or if it's actually correct, and they're showing a complete re-run of last week's competition. :scratch2:

Interesting - and are they not showing live skating on the regular ES1/ES2 channels?

For the most part they are live. It seems we get all of the SPs, but I can only find the Pairs and Ladies FS on Saturday (on E2). Men and Ice Dance FS/FD are in recaps on Sunday. The Gala is live again.

And I just caught this on E2 on television: https://www.dropbox.com/s/czloz6ea5oyrt0y/IMG_2919.JPG?dl=0 They are definitely advertising with the ISU stream!

Are you sure that's meant to advertise the ISU stream and doesn't just mean that, amongst other things, they also broadcast ISU events? :scratch2: because that they kinda sort of do from time to time....
Eh, no. :eek:hwell: I just took 1 and 1 and turned it into something remotely resembling a 2?
