This one's not so crazy
I can't emotionally get involved until I see good things. I feel like after the roller coaster I have been on as a Gracie fan I have adopted a catiously optimistic mindset with extra power on the cautiously side.

1) In order to better reward good skating skills and artistry, the ISU decides to apply the 10% bonus to all judged elements instead of just jumping passes. Eteri accordingly manages to concoct a program where Zhenya skates around miming for 2 minutes straight, backloading literally all of her elements. She executes her jumping passes one after another, with intricate transitions in between each jump, like a gymnastics floor routine. Her Free program music is taken from the soundtrack of the movie "12 Years a Slave", her Short program music from the anime "Yuri on Ice". She wins the silver medal in the Olympics, conceding the gold to Carolina Kostner skating to a recording of the wind blowing through the trees in her backyard.
2) An excess of mush causes forbidden love to blossom in Montreal. Old teams fall apart and three new partnerships make their debut in the next season: Hubbell/Cizeron, Papadakis/Moir and Virtue/Donohue (Tessa dyes her hair blonde). However, through a series of mysterious injuries they are all unable to attend the Olympics, where Russian teams sweep the Ice Dance podium. Shortly after the event, Didier is caught trying to move a lot of money to an offshore account. He is made ISU President because everyone deserves a second chance to learn from their mistakes.
3) Shoma promises his fans that he will take better care of his health by now only practicing 8 days a week. Nathan makes clever use of illusion mesh for his belly-dancing Free program; meanwhile, Patrick wears a shirt advertising his ice wine brand. Yuzuru is signed on by Disney for their live-action remake of Winnie-the-Pooh.

1. ISU will create the official list of warhorse music and will forbid using it in Olympic Season. It will eliminate the top contenders making Mark Webster from Australia winning OGM as skating to iPhone ringtone was hipster enough for judges.
2. Shoma Uno after jumping 4Lz will change his diet and become vegetarian.
3. Trophee de France will be the best organised event of 2017/18 season.

Well, wanna to try too:
Every single person satisfies with judging. After OG there're only positive posts all around GS and everyone going to meet judges to shaking their hands and gave them flowers and plushy toys (except VinnieThePooh toys because there is unknown-reason Pooh deficiency all over the world by that time) for fairest judging in history.
Tara Lipinski also satisfies with everything and just loves everyones program. Unlike b.esp guys who think everyone was overscored and these skaters with horrible programs, cheated jumps, terrible SS, lack of music feel and ugly costumes doesn't deserve such high scores and any medal.
Tarasova wishes to sit next to Shoma in K&C during competition and doesn't want hear any reasonable doubt about that. Higuchi (who had Wenjings hair style by that time) doesn't seem glad with that idea. Grishin does. Shoma looks extra cute with both ladies by his side.
Javi is first and main favorite for Olympic Gold and Worlds 2018!
Jin Boyang just has jump 5Lz in his Batman themed LP, take oly bronze and he's happy.
Patrick borrowed Hanyu's unused, white version of Prince costume for new season. İt tooks a while for audience to recognize him without training-suitslooks costumes. I'm happy (even if don't like this costume at all).
Yuzuru is disappointed and promises to practice harder to set Univers Record. Aliens are happy but desperately trying to get plushy Poohs.
Nathan is able to replace every jump of his programs with quadruple, except axel and while he's poker-face his coach doesn't look satisfied with him. There's still 3A.
Tanos banned by İSU and there's no way to stop Medvedeva doing this but to skate with tied arms. Now they decided pantomime during whole program could make it. Averbuch is happy.
In their jazz themed new program Cong Han throwing Wenjing Sui under the sailing, doing some StSq while she is making poses for judges up in the air, and then he catches her, like they're doing with hoop and ball in rhythmic gymnastics. S/H are full of coolness, public is happy.

Skaters' performances don't decide the outcome of competition anymore, only partly. The main battle happens between skating federations after skaters perform, and held as sumo wrestling between all the members, because Fuji TV has bought all skating broadcast rights exclusively. This is also the reason why internet is blocked worldwide by Fuji TV during competitions, one has to pay to japanese government in order to be able to watch FS on tv.
Skaters get 70% bonus if they can rotate jumps in direction different to the one they're used to. There is also GOE scale for falls, which eventually turns into competition who falls better and more gracefully. GOE for falls is so high it is more rewarding to fall beautifully than land a jump.
To make judging system more fair, skaters now have to wear iron masks for purpose of anonymity.

Mirai doesn't only land the 3A, but also beats any man to the 4A.
Mao comes out of retirement to do Pairs with Javi (https://youtu.be/PMxxSRB6BzI look at the potential!!), and they become untouchable with SBS 3A.

As a special Olympic-year treat, 2018 US Junior champions get a chance to preview the skating events on NBC's pre-coverage Olympic show. They do a fantastic job and everyone falls in love with them, prompting such an influx of four-year fans that the livestream for the first 2018-19 JGP crashes.
Following a judging scandal at the 2018 Olympics, a new technological marvel is introduced to combat the problem of judge-bias: scoring robots. This goes south quickly when the robot judges start scoring skaters solely based on technical elements, since robots do not have emotions and therefore are not capable of judging anything else. They eventually nullify PCS because they can't score it. Young skaters coming up through the ranks focus on pushing the technical envelope and the artistic side of skating goes on the back burner. Only a season later, the fans have had enough and petition to return to the opposite extreme. Following widespread complaints, the ISU decides to return to 6.0.
Evgenia Medvedeva/Alina Zagitova becomes the next great skating rivalry after they flip-flop first and second every competition leading up to the Olympics. Things heat up when Evgenia skates the short program in the team event for Russia and Alina is selected for the free skate; both win their respective categories by a landslide, but not against each other. The next week, Evgenia wins the ladies short program with 79.89 to Alina's 79.87. Everyone, even those who normally could not care less about figure skating, eagerly anticipates the free skate. And in a repeat of the Sochi men's event, they both bomb. A vengeful Polina Tsurskaya slips into the lead in their place, followed by Eun-Soo Lim and Karen Chen - the only other skaters who were anywhere close to clean. Team Tutberidze still dominates, but not in the order that anyone expected it would.
