    Standings tonight:

    1 Alina Zagitova 82.92
    2 Evgenia Medvedeva 81.61
    3 Kaetlyn Osmond 78.87
    4 Satoko Miyahara 75.94
    5 Kaori Sakamoto 73.18
    6 Carolina Kostner 73.15
    7 Gabrielle Daleman 68.90
    25. Larkyn Austman 51.42

    Kaetlyn could win this.

I'm more worried Gabby may not be able to catch up and cover Kaetlyn's back...

Larkyn, sorry. Your job now is to help Kaetlyn and Gabby, period. Please.

I would love for Kaetlyn to win but I just don't think it will happen. Training with Eteri is a whole other ball game. She trains her skaters to be so mentally strong (by questionable means, to be sure) I don't think they have it in them to bomb. Also, culturally it's just different. In Canada and the US, you skate because you enjoy it and are passionate about the sport. In Russia, those medals open the door to a whole new way of life for them and their families.

Kaetlyn continues to build a legacy. With a 78.87, she has overtaken Mao and Yuna to hold the 3rd best SP score of all time.

    Go Kaetlyn!

Better said is: Only Alina and Evgenia have scored higher in the SP than Kaetlyn.

All three were very impressive last night. Good for them.

Yeah, i understand that, but it's just not quite accurate to say "3rd best SP score of all time". More like "3rd best SP score of all time if we consider only one best score from each lady"
