Actually that´s one of the songs from my playlist for dream skating programs. The song is called the "The Feather Theme" and since Yuzuru´s name has the character from feather it will be really apropiate.

Yes,I think the song suits him perfectly :) If only skaters, coaches and choreographs would read this forum....I think they would have plenty of wonderful song suggestions to choose from

i wish those types of fans will channel their creative juices elsewhere .

I'm myself not unfamiliar with fanfiction because long ago I was in Kpop fandom and I must agree that their imagination, creative can have enough power to manufacture a nuclear bomb

I've just watched the japanese group performance from SOI broadcasted today. I feel that Yuzu' jumps landings look raw and less smooth than others'. However, I think they are his signature and maybe posture effect them. Now I'm praying Ballet God loves our little boy and he can do magic to his posture. Just look at Mao who started learning ballet before skating

We can always start a petition on Change.org, something like petition for Yuzuru Hanyu to skate to this song next season:):p

Sorry for being off-topic and I don't if this has been posted but I just can't resist to share this.
A japanese doll shop models a "hina" doll for yuzuru and mao. I love the way they did the hair but I didn't expect them to go all out with the clothes. He just looks too big with that kimono

Thank you for the image

Wow, I remember they made a Mao one after Canada I was hopeful they will made one for Yuzuru, he looks very dignified (is that even a word?)

Edit.

Here is the link for the original Mao Doll https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9bl2cvox9I

BTW have I told you that dolls freak me out, dolls and clowns.

I mainly like the way that he says he dosn't want to see ^^ A mixture of serious and discomfort ^^

Concerning fan fics, it is true that I like to read them if it is about a manga (fanfics of Naruto are the best^^) but for a real character, it is weird !

agreed, going that far is sometimes too much

it would be great if he did music like Vivaldi or this

Well, I myself don't read fanfic (fictional or not, I don't read them) but like people with a talent/interest in editing, drawing... I think it's understandable for people with interest/talent in writing/reading expressing their love like that. However with characters being real people, you must be more considerate so I think only children-friendly stories are acceptable.

(you can write a story about Yuzu and Pool go on a vacation, fighting over honey and having skating battle to decide who deserves it more )

Just don't write slash, ever!

Well sometimes they do freak me out but just in the movies. I'm okay with them in real life :-D

re: fanfic
I think writing slash is pretty harmless (although it can be pretty creepy) but putting it somewhere on the net where it turns up in google searches is NOT OKAY. Especially when it comes to porny stuff. Keep it in locked communities, RPFers!

I absolutely don't care if it's slash or het or whatever. I'm anything but opposed to fan fiction in general as long as it is based on fictional works. It's already weird enough when it's based on movies because you'd obviously use the likeness of the actors - but ok, they play fictional characters, so, for all I care people can write about them what they want. But athletes? They are just real people, for heaven's sake :rolleye: In addition, nowadays there seems to be some kind of contest who can write the most pornographic story about real people :rolleye: I really don't get this obsession with other people's sex life.

Right, certain pieces from Vivaldi or Bach would be amazing for him. Let's write a fan fic on this topic ^^

Additionally, I report the video to translate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUtfG4gbmo8 . Such a nice feeling between them, everybody want to know what words they say.
Thank you, I have been waiting for this one.

It seem that all team Japan ADORES Oda. Kanako and Yuzuru look really confortable and happy with him, maybe because of his personality.

@Pamina: It's weird, but don't people love weird things? People love fantasies too. It's kind of inevitability, so as long as it's something harmless and childish, I don't really mind.

I only wish that those wild minds will spare Yuzu when it comes to sth adult-like.
Please don't do that to my child! He's precious !

Sometime the fanfic is really funny though, I found one fanfic, due to my curiosity, (it is quite well written actually) try to match him with Patrick with Javier as the third hand, it is so amusing I laugh so bad. As the writer tries to make Patrick the perfect boyfriend who do everything for his little Yuzuru - a thing that I could never imagine Chan would do. For the sake of any higher spiritual being: Chan and Hanyu as a slash couple???? I'm even laughing right now when I type this message.

Windy, I don't have a problem with innocent and harmless... but in my experience 'innocent and harmless' is usually only a small part of this kind of fandom/ship. I'd almost bet money on it that there's a lot less fan fiction about "The Adventures of Happy Hanyu and his Plushy Pooh Bear" and a lot more of the other kind that contains adult language and is not suitable for people under 18 (or those above 18 who wish to stay sane and keep their childlike nature  present company not excepted)

For the sake of Yuzuru, I pray to the God, please let the kid be terrible at English forever, so there would never be a chance of him accidentally stumbling on these kind of stuffs online.

Well, with Javi it kind of makes sense. Slash writing people love to turn friendship stuff into something entirely different, so I understand the huge temptaion this pairing is for them. But with Patrick it's so absurd that I laugh just when I think of it.
Other than that, there are indeed some fics with good comedy value.

I'm admittedly not familiar with Japanese fan fiction - but are you sure they don't write this kinda stuff? I have my doubts.

No, they do Doujinshi... that is even worst.

Better pray that he never google his name...
ok, point taken, I was only thinking about fan fiction as in "the written word" but if you insist on making it worse  ...yes, about those things I know... God, I know too many things I had better never seen  if only I knew how to un-see certain things
