For me, total dominance of Akatieva in U10s. :clapper:
Just as they say in some Russian fora, CSKA tried hard - her SP was definitely underscored and two CSKA girls had been boosted with "mushrooms" pretty well. :noshake:

Watched elder girls (3rd and 4th warmups) alive.
3rd warmup - nothing really good. Kamila Valieva has problems on jumps, because of this - mistakes. Angelina Chaplygina a bit better than others.
4th warmup - good Chistyakova, shame of singled triple, very good Kanysheva (she was in her own league), shame of fall. Others ordinary.

Level lower than past year.

Is she really so good live? [emoji848] Because I watched this competition on youtube, and Muravyova along with Shabotova looked even better. I mean, I've seen better skates from Alenka. Her skatings skills are very good, but she needs to work on her speed and artistry/interpretation/musicality.

Yes, live Kanysheva and Chistyakova (especially Kanysheva) look significally better than others, as for me.

Tarakanova also had much worse results in season 2015/16 after season 2014/15 when she won Zhuk Memorial in Younger Age.

I don’t think Pogorilaya or Zagitova were that great when they were at this age either. They improved much later.

Atakhanova/ Volodin will have their first competition! :hap10:
http://fskating.spb.ru/images/spiski_uch_2018_pvo.pdf

They have not been together for even two months, so I shouldn’t expect much yet, but it will be nice to see her back. So next season Atakhanova/Volodin versus Kudryavtseva/Spiridonov?

It is local competition, senior and junior StPetersburg championships.

There will be also Vislobokova/Bryukhanov - very young but very interesting and promising pair, I've seen them alive at 5th Event of Russian Cup.

What? :eeking: Didn't know, that Ustimkina and Volodin are no longer together. When did it happen? Has Ustimkina finished with skating?

I wonder what they will do if Konstantinova bombs there in Samarin/Kolyada style? :rolleye:

Konstantinova did not bomb in SP, she doubled triple.

There are Gubanova, Panenkova and Vasilieva at substitutes to JrWorlds. Good strong gurls.
Unfortunately at substitutes no strongest - Scherbakova.
