Just 0.9 point separates Virtue/Moir from Mikhailova/Sergeev, and just 1.88 points separates M/S from Pratt/Gilles. This one's too close to call....
In Pairs, Mukhortova/Trankov have a 6-point lead on their compatriots Efaieva/Menshikov and almost 7 points on Dube/Davison. M/T would have to bomb the entire FS to blow that gold medal. And there is less than a 4-point spread between 2nd and 6th place. Except for the team at the top, this one is a nailbiter also.
A decisive victory for Virtue and Moir. They must have had a great free dance. Or else Mikhailova and sergeev must have had major mistakes to fall 13 points off the pace.
Korean lady Yu-Na Kim had another outstanding event, with first in the free and second overall. Also, I see that North Korea had an entry, Un Ita Kim, who had quite a respectable finish.
