Not necessarily iconic, but a couple of favourites:

Mao slowly unfolding her left arm in the spiral (Madame Butterfly): https://youtu.be/zLHt8fsEwG4?t=153

Using the same video from Mao, I can come up with this one holding both of her hands out, as like praying to god above (@3:13): https://youtu.be/zLHt8fsEwG4?t=3m13s

I think originally it was seen in Mao's EX to 'I vow to thee my country/Jupiter', as in: https://youtu.be/ugxeBjUTPqM?t=4m8s. The same gesture was later on added to M. Butterfly, when Mao worked with Lori to revise the program for the 2nd half of the season.

Then another move from Mao that's also used quite often is this, from the beginning of her EX 'Jupiter': https://youtu.be/IJkQuLBhQwY?t=22s, in which she extends her right hand backwards and hand moving downwards from her right shoulder. I can remember seeing the same movement often in her programs (such as in ritual dance). I think these are just a couple of her favorite movements, and these are also seen in her very recent EX 'Wind beneath my wind' that is composed of Mao's favorite skating movements.

Ashley Wagner's gesture in her Moulin Rouge programme to the lyrics "...my make up may be flaking..." - watched that part dozens of times :)

I fondly remember how Delobel & Schoenfelder used their gloves as masks in their Carnival program 2005/2006?). Very creative & impressive, IMHO.

Yes, it is one of my all-time favorite programs. They were so creative and original. I've felt so sorry that they didn't have any Olympic medal in their long career.

I know this may not be iconic but I always loved in Mao's Smile EX (2014 I think?) when she shakes the hand of a random person in the rink

This is an iconic program from start to finish.
Agree! Christopher likes the little tricks but with the raw emotions of Paul and Isabelle it all became iconic. And then there's the ending pose.

Gosh, I remember the emotions back then...
