So I think we may be able to read between some lines here and draw a tin foil hat conclusion that does not paint anyone in a bad light.
We know Kori is a fan of Gustave Lussi and his technique. Cecily Morrow is clearly also a fan/proponent of this technique/style.
Tammy, I don't recall said anything derogatory about 7k's technique, but rather that Tyler was now using a "technique that maybe she was more comfortable with" (see here)
So my guess is that Kori wants to do a "Gustave Lussi" training center. That is fine, she is entitled to want to use the same technique and have a center that specializes in it. And I think it is fine to want to only teach what you feel you are comfortable with and know how to teach...for lack of a better way to put it. I do however think it seems a bit naive to think that one technique is best for everyone - so it seems logical some skaters/coaches would not be a perfect fit.
I would guess that Tammy, Tyler, and Vincent are just a bit more open to alternate technique to Lussi. I don't think it is necessarily a case of good vs bad or right vs wrong, just different ideas, goals, styles and different fit for a given individual.
Jason and Emily were spending time with Tyler fairly recently as seen here.

I wish I had known, I might have tried to sneak in to watch the practices! Alena Leonova and Dimitri Aliev were the skaters demonstrating their teachings.
