I was so impressed with her Schindler's program. It is not easy when the memory of Julia Lipnitskaya is still fresh and everyone associates her with that music. Yet she did a beautiful, moving interpretation and made a big impression for herself as well. She has a performance skill well beyond her years and I hope to see much more of her, and that she will continue to grow both as an athlete and artist.

I think she has a lot of potential, her interpretation is especially nice. She has a nice Lutz too, but she needs to get a 3+3 combo asap

German lady Nicole Schott used Schindler's List too in 2017-2018 season. That also reminded me Julia.

I'm pleasantly surprised to see a Lucrezia Beccari fanfest. This girl has a lot of potential.

She does! She’s not a phenomenon like Caro was at her age, but I honestly think that if they manage to up her tech in the next couple of years she could become Italy’s strongest lady once Caro retires.

Her style is exceptional - I think about music choice (I love both her programs from the last season), costumes, the way she moves on ice. She seems to be really ambitious (I'm curious if she's still doing pairs as she could also be very good) and - what's important - has already grown up a lot and this apparently didn't make a negative impact on her skating. And seeing her at the training camp with Mishin I just thought about following Caro's traces

I think she's better than Carolina at that age. But yes in that competitive era her tech is not enough. I think a 3lz-3T is possible.

Well, Carolina did have 3-3 combos and much more speed at her age, but I think Lucrezia has the potential to improve a lot still! Her body needs to get stronger and I agree that she has the potential for 3lz-3t in the future!

    I jope she'll get 2 JGP spots

Actually, i think she lack a bit of grace on her arms positions, while skating. She leave me some "robot feeling" sometimes, on how she holds her arms, especially when she is running for jump. I really hope she can improve on that, because i like a lot her interpretation. She can really build an interesting career over that ability.

At the same time, i also want to say that we, as italians, don't need to have too much expectation over our girl's results. Inherit the Caro's legacy may be too much for most of them, and i also remember how Caro was perceived as frail every time something goes badly for her.

    Always cheer for them

I agree with this, no Italian lady should be compared with Caro because that's simply too much pressure for anyone to bear.

I do think though that Lucrezia has the chance to become our best senior skater when she does turn senior and once Caro retires. I think she has way more potential than Giada, Elisabetta or Micol and she's younger than them. I wonder if she'll go to a CS competition?

Seemed to me that she didn't have 3-3s at 13yo, but well i was wrong.

I don't like when some young skaters are compared to olders. It's like the case Yuna vs young south koreans skaters. People put so much pressure on them and it's not fair. They have the right to be themselves. They don't have to inherit something. Sometimes, to have a skater from the same country who was the first to win everything is a bad luck.

Anyway, Lucrezia, with a good coaching team, fed support, no many injuries, can win many medals in the next years.

I've just found her music for 2018/19 season: SP - Fire Dance by Manuel de Falla, FS - Phantom Thread by Johnny Greenwood. Definitely not warhorses
I'm so excited for her JGP performances! Good luck!

Only two spots remains, Canada for Marina Piredda and Slovenia actually for Elisabetta Leccardi.

We need to wait a bit before see Lucrezia again.

Lucrezia has got Elisabetta's spot at Ljubljana.

Happy for her, but now i'm worried about Elisabetta. She was put on a lot of events and switched around, ending losing her spot. I fear she may be injured
