Team USA Set for Final ISU Grand Prix Event of the Season

This is from USFSA in regards to Cup of Russia:
"Johnny Weir is the first U.S. man since Todd Eldredge in 1996 to win two Grand Prix events in a season. Can he make it three? Weir takes the ice this weekend against reigning World champion Evgeny Plushenko and World silver medalist Brian Joubert at the Cup of Russia, the final Grand Prix event of the season."
If he wins COR, does that make him the first U.S. man to win all three in the Grand Prix?
