I wonder if Yuzuru's ankle will ever be truly healed though. Getting injured once a year is a hindrance to his own training.

I am curious what he'll do next season, aside from go for 4A. Does winning competitions matter as much to him now? If so, he might not have enough quads before the 4A (which isn't worth enough points imo).

Hi everyone! I have a request from all Yuzuru fans.

I normally get so irritated when people drag talking about their favourites to discussions about Yuzuru to downplay his achievements. I personally believe in this forum, Yuzu fans were wrongly accused of being biased many times. But, right now it is sad to see that we are actually doing the same thing about other skaters. Please, let's avoid talking about Yuzu in US men national thread where it does not belong.

It saddens me to see people still say "Hanyu was lucky to win two OGM", But, this time we gave them the excuse to say it. Please let's not put fuel to this discussion anymore because we were on the wrong.

At this point I am past being able to guess how he'll do or what he will be able to bring forth; just going to sit back and enjoy whatever he wants to do. :)

Speechless.

I went and checked what was going on there and I came back without reading all. It is so sad we are all grouped as one of big Hanyu fans while we are all different, just because we are many.

It certainly is sad to be generalized. Really hope people see that not all fans leave bad comments and not all comments are made by one certain group of fans, and most importantly, that the comments of fans do not reflect what their skaters actually think/feel.

To be honest I often wonder if Brian is restricted to give certain answers only approved by Yuzu's team. Putting his biography aside, I find what he says about Yuzu after the Olympics and after the injury to be mostly brief and pretty much the same from interview to interview, whereas other students he can rattle on and on about all sorts of different things. I highly doubt he doesn't know whether Yuzu is training quads yet, just probably wasn't something he had prior permission to talk about. So I have come to expect every Brian update is practically no update XD. Mah I don't mind it this way, this season I have come to realise he can have a bit of foot in the mouth moments if he talks too much about a student.
