Is China trying to develop bits ladies program? I still get the sense the ladies are ignored in comparison to pairs and men's. And that's pretty weird considering China's first skating success was in the ladies event. They never capitalized on it and as a result ladies like Li never completely got off the ground like they could have. That's really too bad
