    Best Step Sequences

Which have been the best Step Sequences that you have ever seen in a program?

For me, Hanyu’s Step Sequence in Otoñal has been the real highlight of the season for me!

I really like Yuzu’s Ballade StSq and also Yuna’s Les Mis. Anything Mao Asada related is an immediate for me! Odd choice, but I also really like Boyang’s Spider-man StSq. It’s not anything amazing, but it’s just to entertaining and fun! I like Kostornaia’s StSq in her free program last year too. I like Kaetlyn’s Edith Piaf one, Alina’s Black Swan and Elena’s Porgy and Bess StSq too.

Many of Jeremy Abbott's, especially his Swing SP in 2011-12 and his Lillies of the Valley SP in 2013-14.

Pretty much all of Paul Wylie's.

    Nathan Chen "Nemesis"

    Andrew T's Roxxanne
    Nathan's Caravan & Nemesis
    Hanyu's everything (but especially Ballade)
    Patrick's A Journey & 4 seasons
    Shoma's Stairway to heaven

    Mao's everything, especially Madame Butterfly
    Satoko's Memoirs of a Geisha
Kaetlyn's Edith Piaf & Black Swan
    Kostornaia's angel sp
    Loena's Differente
    Kostner's Bolero

Not even gonna try with ice dance because the whole program is like a step sequence, and nothing from pairs is too memorable except S/H's Turandot, D/R's hometown glory and S/M's La Terre Vue La Ciel as programs themselves (Do pairs even have a stsq in the FP?)

Like many of Yuzuru's fans, I still mourn the loss of the original Seimei step sequence with those gorgeous backward cross rolls... the replacement was also pretty damn splendid however

Get ready for my really long list!

My personal favourites + ones that most can agree are among the best:
Yuzuru Hanyu’s Ballade No. 1 (the first one), Let’s Go Crazy
Shoma Uno’s Loco, Ladies in Lavender, Stairway to Heaven
    Patrick Chan - everything
    Daisuke Takahashi - everything
Mao Asada - everything from 2009-10 season onwards
Satoko Miyahara’s Firedance, Memoirs of a Geisha, Madame Butterfly
    Wakaba Higuchi’s Gypsy Dance, Skyfall
    Akiko Suzuki’s Hymne a L’amour
Yuna Kim’s Send in the Clowns, Adios Nonino
Carolina Kostner’s Ave Maria, God of Thunder
    Alena Kostornaia’s Adios Nonino
    Nathan Chen’s Michael Jackson Medley
    Anna Pogorilaya’s Bolero
Kanako Murakami’s Think of Me, Tosca

A few more of my personal favourites, even though they’re not among the best (but they’re still good!):
Marin Honda’s Smile, Seven Nation Army
Mai Mihara’s Libertango (presentation was a bit flat but choreo was well done)
Mako Yamashita’s Madame Butterfly (second one)
Elena Radionova’s Porgy and Bess, 2014-15 SP
    Anna Pogorilaya’s Por Una Cabeza
Elizaveta Tuktamysheva’s FS medley this season (matches the music well IMO)
    Eunsoo Lim’s Somewhere in Time
Yuna Kim’s Danse Macabre, Bond, Homage to Korea
    Gracie Gold’s El Choclo

God, when he announced that he will skate the program again for the olympic season, i hoped that he would take back those backward cross rolls.

Anything by Lambiel! Absolute genius on ice

Also Mao Asada's FS step sequence from Sochi (to Rachmaninoff). Haven't seen a more grand or emotional ending in a program before, or since.

I'm seconding Yuzu's 'Let's Go Crazy' step sequence, in my opinion it's the fastest best quality step sequence EVER

Misha's 'Ave Maria' and Zhenya's 'Tosca' give me goosebumps every time
