Thanks for starting a thread for Till & Bill! They didn't have their best day in the RD yesterday, after a year of solid improvements, which must have been a bit discombobulating, but I have high hopes they'll come back strong in the FD. They have persistence and creativity on their side. :hap10:

So happy with how their free dance has been going this season.
They got some good reception.

I'm looking forward to seeing what they and their team think up next season.
I'll be interested to see what they select for the Broadway Rhythm Dance.

They are 13th with 44.44 points after the RD at the WInter Universiade.

Probably not the performance they wanted but definitely better than Four Continents.
The tango romantica is really really hard.

I'd like to see them do something with an Australian tinge - maybe something from Matilda? Or The Boy From Oz? Tenterfield Saddler was in the original Australian version, sung by Todd McKenney, they could do something nice with that.

The tango romantica is really really hard.

And they were skating juniors at the start of the season, and juniors do a different pattern, so they were playing catch-up on the TR of all patterns - I think they did pretty well!

I would really love it if they could skate to the Boy from Oz.
I really want to see William shine.
If you look at his instagram, he actually has a good amount of sass that can be used in his programs. Move away from the Adele/Lady Gaga (which I loved) and go to town!!

Tilly and William announced that their FD next season is to Game of Thrones.
I said a departure from Love Story / Adele/Lady Gaga love theme would be good, but this is a complete departure.

Matilda and William just posted a first snippet from their RD as an Instagram story on their official account: https://www.instagram.com/stories/friend_badaoui/

So now we know one of the songs from the Priscilla musical score they're using: Shake Your Groove Thing from Act II. They look good doing it!

I’ve never seen Priscilla Queen of the Desert.

You mean they use “Shake Your Groove Thing” by Peaches and Herb? One of my jams from back in the day? (And sorry, not a drag queen;) ).

Yay for Matilda and William, I’m looking forward to this!:hap85:

Yes! In the musical it's performed by the trio of drag queens (Mitzi, Bernadette and Felicia) and their backup singers. I can't remember if it's used in the movie or not.

The ISA has put up its list of international assignments for the season (list to date anyway) and Till&Bill are listed for NRW Summer Trophy, Autumn Classic International, Lombardia, Asian Classic, Denkova-Staviski Cup, Warsaw Cup, Open d'Andorra and Mentor Torun Cup. Of course, they may not end up attending all of them, but it looks like they've got one packed season ahead of them! Priscilla everywhere! :hap10:

NRW Trophy was taken off the list, but Tilly and William have just confirmed on Instagram that they're off to Autumn Classic International in Canada as their first competition of the season. :) This means no Lombardia, though, as the two competitions are running simultaneously: Nette/Westwood will represent Australia in Ice Dance there instead it seems. Can't wait to see their new programs! Dare we hope that these photos represent costume inspirations - minus the wig?

Sorry, I seem to be endlessly posting replies to myself in this thread right now! But Till & Bill have just posted a link to their GoFundMe on Instagram, and if anyone would like to help them out you can find it here.
