The main losers of the Rhythm Dance's increase from 31 to 33 are Kerry/Dodds whose 2018/29's RD score is 31.48.
Popova/Byelikov need to raise their current 32. from last season too.
Bunina/Frolov have 34.10 from overscored Ice Mall Cup. Kublikova/Hilitski have 35.72 from the same event.
Manni/Roethlisberger have 33.82 from Egna Trophy.
It makes it also harder for Bulgarians and if a new Israeli team emerge.

Wonder what the GP requirements will be.

The GP announcement lists the minimum total score requirement for the 2019-20 GP:

Men 194.05
Ladies 142.50
Pair Skating 140.90
Ice Dance 133.59

For those who do not have the minimum, it can be earned at an early-season Challenge event.
