    It was possible a few years ago for Goda Butkute / Nikita Ermolaev of Lithuania to take part in St. Petersburg Cup without being scored and advanced to Russian Cup. Maybe foreign skaters will be accepted to some regional competitions if they want. But we have enough competitive Nationals without them.
