Questions about The Grudge

1. When Bill Pullman was alive, he went to the Japanese lady's house. What was his intent? Was it to tell her to back off? She had an unrequited crush on him.

2. Why was the Japanese lady so mean as a ghost?

3. When Pullman arrived at the house the only person he saw was the little boy, who never said a word. Was the boy a ghost then, because when he opened his mouth he made a sound like a cat!? Bill Pullman was staring out the window at the same time so he didn't see that it was the boy making that sound.

Good questions. Tho I saw the movie, I don't know the answers!

I think #3 is a yes. His mommy was dead upstairs, and as I recall, in the flashback when the daddy found out her longing for Pullman, he killed the cat, the boy and the wife in a rage. And if the kid made that noise, he was probably a ghost by the time Pullman came to the house.

That movied was scary!
