Capital Letters In Thread Title

In my COI review, the thread title won't keep COI and NJ in caps. Every time I tried to edit it before submitting the thread they kept going back to Coi Nj. Any tips?

I fixed it.

The reason that you can't edit the title of a thread (except right after you post it) is because after other people post, then the thread belongs to everyone, not just the original poster. Something like that.
