There are no skaters who has minimum TES for the Worlds except Hae-Jin&So-Youn, but Tae-Kyung Kim(going to 4CC) and Hwi Choi(only has SP TES) have possibility.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks. So I guess there's a chance for Kim Tae-Kyung or one the girls going to Junior Worlds being selected for the Worlds team if they earn the minimum scores there.

Both of two ladies(Dabin&Na-Hyun) who will be going to JWC are only 13 year old(born in 2000), not eligible for the Worlds.

And why shouldn't they? It had a short entry, decent height and a balanced landing.

Because it was supposed to be a double. That is just one more thing that is wrong with the IJS. Also, she should have gotten 0 GOE for the 3-3. Whatever positive mark the first jump deserved should have been negated by the second, which was borderline under-rotated.
