So near yet so far! Now I definitely want to go more than ever, but - alas - the ferry timetables are such that I'd either get there halfway through or else have to leave halfway through any event I'm interested in. :sad4:

FWIW, re Dolensky:

In his recent TSL interview, Tim and Jenny/Dave mentioned more than once that Tim has a bye to Nats.
No mention whatsoever of Tallinn in the interview, IIRC.
So perhaps at the time of the interview, Tim did not yet even know of the (short-lived) Tallinn assignment. But he did already know that he had a bye to Nats.

So ... I hope that his bye was not based on Tallinn.
(But I cannot be sure.)​

As an aside:

Would not surprise me if the webmaster for Nathan's site first became aware of his withdrawal from GS or another third party. (The same type of thing happened last season re Nathan's program music.)

Not saying that the webmaster has not verified the withdrawal with Nathan.

But when I was posting here yesterday about his withdrawal, the home page and news page of Nathan's site still said that Tallinn would be his next event (although by now, both pages have been updated).
