the juniors must do a Double Lutz in their short program. They also must only do a Group 3 lift, a throw double or triple Loop, and a Forward Inside death spiral

I'm always kind of charmed when non-north american skaters do cowboy programs. I don't know why... it's cheesy as all get out, but it's not like it's not cheesy when north americans dress up like cowboys, too.
