NBC press release today reflects same changes. Plus it has these FYIs:

Steve Schlanger calls the 2018 World Figure Skating Championships joined by 2011 U.S. champion Ryan Bradley for the ladies’ pairs’ and men’s competitions, and by 2006 ice dance silver medalist Tanith White for the ice dance competition.

White will call the recap show on NBC, joined by 1998 Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski, and three-time U.S. figure skating champion Johnny Weir.

I usually find that the most useful free streaming links are posted in the thread for the actual event (ie "2018 Worlds Ladies Short Program"). Everyone congregates on the event page around the time of the event, and people often ask for and share links. You will find lots of links to streams there. Or you can always post there asking for a stream around the time of or during the event. A kind member will always oblige!

I generally prep my stream beforehand using the info on the So You Want to Watch Figure Skating blog and sometimes through Google searching. I usually prefer to watch the official Canadian CBC stream because it's usually high quality and without commentary. However, it requires a VPN because it's geoblocked. If you want more specific info about streams, please feel free to ask me. I'm happy to help!

Does anyone know if you can usually find videos of the whole thing after? I'm EDT and there's no way I can watch any of it because I'll be at work Super sad.

You'll find them in the videos thread afterwards (individually, occasionally someone posts a whole group). Also there may be a video without spoilers thread i.e. in start order so your enjoyment isn't spoilt by knowing the result. Also, welcome to the forum!
