Interesting that Canada is sending Corey.

I wonder if his quest is to secure senior minimums, or if he has those already.

Looking forward to the internal battle of the Turks, and also perhaps discovering a new talent among the many many unfamilar (to me) men.

He needs the minimums. Wesley Chiu is competing at the next Challenger in Warsaw, same deal for him.

Hi! I´m here for the men SP! Interesting group to start, both Miyake, Egadze and Levandi who all could place in the top 5!

30 men to start, that´s a lot!

The Challenger section of the 2021 Ice Challenge is about to begin with the second of the Senior level competitions. And this one has a few more entries than the last one (only the Aussie partnership ended up skating in the Senior Pairs SP).

Senior Men's SP is due to be starting now.

Here is the link for the livestream:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjAlB2kInL8

No Time Schedule 😞

And here is the live scoring:

Hope this helps

:cheer: ALL THE BEST EVERYBODY!!! :cheer:

Wait until we get to the Ladies. It doesn't start until 18:30 local time, and there are 35 starters! @CrazyKittenLady and the other lucky spectators will be having a late night!

I'm currently watching the MotoGP practice. And afterwards, I think I'll go back and watch the Junior Short Dance from this morning. I don't like joining competitions LIVE in the middle of a segment. And i know I won't have time to watch all of the Men's SP before tea-time.

So, although I won't be watching, all the best to all the guys this afternoon!

Yep, it will be a long day for me, as I also watched the GP ladies and men SP  But I managed to sneak in a work out and eat between the two events so I have gathered some energy 😅

Live scoring via hand-written card being held into the camera? How ... creative ... ?!
I guess it´s because they don´t want the stream to be taken down because of copy right of music in the breaks between the skaters, so they just turn the sound down then, and then they have to come up with a way for us to have the score. Lol. it´s very funny

Uhm ok, so the live scoring isn´t working, they turn off the sound between the skates and a man randomly writes the scores on post it? Lol ok, this is going to be interesting 🤣

The live scoring wasn't working this morning for the two Pairs competitions. And because the stream was stuck on a loop, we only found out the competitions had actually started when they were finished!

As for the post-it notes, Ryan started doing that with the Junior Men's SP on Wednesday night, because it was so echoey in the arena that we couldn't make out what the announcer was saying. And he continued at the start of yesterday for the Basic Novice skaters, but then stopped. And I did miss it. Because, I was playing catch-up for nearly all of the Junior Ladies FS, and it was nigh-on impossible to keep track of who you were watching. And the post-it notes would have helped.

So, good to hear he is back doing it again.
