Both my St. Petersburg favourites Nikolai Loginov and Semion Soloviov skated yesterday in the Junior men's competition. Since it was a long skating day already, I decided to skip the live stream and hope they perform better when I'm actually not watching. Well, that hope was in vain.
Weirdly, the archived stream also cut off before the final group of boys which had Moskvich skater Nikolai Shelyakin of Skating Skills fame. 1tv put up a stream for the last group eventually, only for me to find out that Moskvich Nikolai did worst of all, with a tech score of only 18.26. It's clearly not the weekend of the Moskvich boys.

Huh, I realized just in time that we are, in fact, in Perm, and not Moscow or SPB. So the usual two hour time difference for Russian comps which is ingrained in my fangirl's heart is actually four hours today.
