Edward has many good qualities. However, his choreo is literally just moving his arms upwards at certain points in the music. Perhaps, you can try a bit harder next time Edward?

I remember Wesley as only a jumper. His jumps weren't all there today but he has grown in the other aspects of his skating. Nice spins and unlike the previous competitor he has actual choreo.

that's common on the junior circuit... if the Russian women were here, it would be even worse... but i don't think it's fair to make these comparisons though.

It happens all the time in junior competitions. There are other reasons to like the men than their ability to land jumps or spin.
