Although I personally preferred the two partnerships that came before them, I think they have a big enough lead from the Short to take the win.

There is something badly wrong with the results pages for this category. There were 2 partnerships skating yesterday, and there are 2 partnerships doing this Warm-Up.

Yesterday, both the Entries page and the SD Results page only mentioned the German partnership.

Today, the Entries page, the SD Results page, and the FD livescoring page all only mention the New Zealand partnership.

I just don't know what is going on.

EDIT: I looked at the Entries / Results Page again during the Group 1 Warm-Up for the main competition, and noticed the reason for my confusion: there are THREE Junior Ice Dance competitions.

I was looking at the pages for one yesterday, and looking at the pages for the other today!

Panfilova / Dubov are in a competition of their own. I don't know for sure, but my guess is that Arina hasn't been released by Russia yet, and so they had to be listed separately as Guest Skaters.

I'll go and edit my reminder posts again. ​

Even the announcer is lost as to what is going on.

After announcing the scores for Isabelle GUISE / Ethan ALDAY (NZL), the announcer said that we were moving onto the Bavarian Open, and introduced Arina PANFILOVA / Maximilian DUBOV (DEU).

But, like the Kiwis, they are doing the Bavarian Championships rather than the Bavarian Open!

It'll be interesting to see if that moment a couple of lines into "Paint It Black" at the start of the programme gets a deduction for a fall. Because it looked far too messy to be called a choreographic slide.

But, I LOVED that programme.

Lucie LAURIO / Antonin EMO carrying on the tradition of French Ice Dancers doing something completely different. Who else would have thought of taking a Rolling Stones song and turning it into a traditional Turkish style instrumental?!

They go into third overall. But, because only the overall score and position is displayed on the graphic, we'll have to wait until later to find out if they got a deduction.

What was I just saying about French Ice Dancers doing things differently?

Louise BORDET / Thomas GIPOULOU are carrying on the tradition too!

And I loved the whole concept of the programme too!

But, to be honest, I preferred the previous partnership. Purely because of the music. Or, more specifically, the vocals. It wasn't the best singing I've ever heard. If somebody with a better voice had been singing the same words, it would have made all the difference.

Nevertheless, they go into the lead.

Unfortunately, with the Group 3 Warm-Up about to start, I am going to have to leave now for my Sunday Dinner.

But, I'll pause the stream and play catch-up on the rest of the Juniors straight after eating. Because I want to see as soon as possible if Angelina and Ilia win this!
