Because the Japanese team has touched down in Paris WITH their official Olympics uniform, I want to start this thread for all the media and fantaken videos and photos of the Team Event medal ceremony!

Kaori: I came several times to France to compete but never to Paris so I’m looking forward to see the eiffel tower for the first time.

Q-We are here for the medal ceremony from the Pekin olympics, how do you feel about it?
Kaori: we waited and waited for 2 years and a half so I’m very happy for this ceremony.
Wakaba: we were waiting together so I’m happy we can receive the medals together.
Yuma: the event is a once in a life event, so I feel honored. Uno sempai couldn’t come so we want to enjoy for him too. (I couldn’t hear well some parts)
Misato: Im super happy because we couldn’t do it before because of the pandemic (I couldn’t hear the last part)

Kaori: thank you everyone for your support, we will finally receive the medal from the Pekin’s olympics team event. We are able to do our best thanks to your support. We, the active athletes will keep doing our best.

I was grinning ear to ear. Especially when Chock/Bates and Vincent Zhou got their medals.

Also now fun fact, all 14 members from the USA figure skating team for the 2018 Olympics have at least one Olympic medal.

I misspoke, the Japanese pair and ice dance team lifted their partners in the air and the other members of the team moved near them, that was in fact the cutest thing ever.

Shoma's presence is indeed missed, but I'm incredibly glad this ceremony was able to happen after all this time...
