it depends on your skin tone

the 2toe is so easy after the 3 lutz... meaning that hopefully soon, she can tackle a 3 toe after the lutz

nope. it's not surprising as her jumps are so big... it's easier to have a 3-3 combo when the first jump is long instead of high...

well guys, that was fun... i have to go to the studio... and brave the snow storm.... i hope the rest of the event goes well for a Friday the 13th.... i will always remember Friday the 13th 2020 in March when live was shut down in quebec, including figure skating worlds canceled in Montreal... ... cannot wait for 2024

The first two groups were mostly a snooze, but the third somewhat made up of it. Nicely done.

The skating here was great - we only saw a few falls and a lot of the women going for the big jumps. Really surprised with Lia doing so well to be in 2nd place here. Think doing pairs has taken the pressure off her solo skating. In fact I think I would have had her a few points higher - close to 64.

Kaetlyn was very nice and interesting to listen to. Good comments on the skaters and fun hearing about experiences from her own skating.
