I actually truly meant "David from Canada" as a category - And he's actually the fourth one on the JGP this season, not the third. David Shteyngart, David Li and David Bondar came before him.

Oops.

David is my middle name, by the way. So, it is always nice to see Davids out there.

By the way, Daniel used to skate pairs with his sister in novices. I'm quite used to US and Canadian skaters doing pairs and/or ice dance and singles in novices, but not so much from other countries

Ah, are they not skating together any more? That's a shame.

But, I suppose since they are doing well in Singles, they should concentrate on that for now. And maybe pick up the Pairs again when they are older.

I watched that film yesterday, that's why that scene came into my mind when he said that.

I do not much like the costume, it looks a little Looney Tunes, but he clearly feels good in it
