Ze Zang Fang (Malaysia) who won the Junior even also achieved the minimum TES for Junior Worlds if they don't raise.

Also the Junior Women winner, Yu Feng Tsai was over the minimums (by a considerable margin, so unlikely to be affected by changes)

Yu Feng (representing Chinese TPE) recently won the Jr. Women's from Chinese Taipei FS Elites Cup 2023. She's just moved up to the Jr. level. It's a good news that she's achieved the minimum TES for JWC, as JWC 2024 will be in Taiwan. So she's definitely aiming for JWC and should be getting other JGP assignment to represent CT.
