There is no official Youtube stream anymore. So far there are several ways to watch the official broadcast:
1) Official way: Channel One website. The website is geoblocked in some countries by local providers. You can use Dutch VPN if you are from Europe, or Canadian VPN if you are from the USA to avoid the block.
2) Official way: RUTUBE. Geoblocked outside of Russia, requires a VPN service.
2) Unofficial way: Channel One's technical channel. You just need to open this link https://1tv-live-gcore.servicecdn.ru/dash-live3/streams/sport-1/sport-1.mpd via VLC media player or any similar app such as KMplayer. VPN services are not needed for this. This option is preferable because the broadcast quality will be better.

Before test skates, there is a traditional training camp. Sometimes it has additional invited skates.

This season they have invited a lot of ice dance teams to the training camp:
Varvara Zhdanova/Timur Babaev-Smirnov, Sofia Shevchenko/Andrei Ezhlov, Sofia Tyutyunina/Matvei Grachev, Elizaveta Shichina/Pavel Drozd, Varvara Kurnosenko/Fedor Varlamov.

The ice dance field is becoming insanely deep.

There are 16 teams in Novogorsk but there are just 15 spots at nationals.

It has never been this deep in any discipline.

Oh no, I am wishing all of these skaters to recover fully and well. Chikmareva/Yanchenkov are my mom's particular favorites, so I hope Chikmareva will be able to compete this season.

I'm skating in a competition myself this weekend, so its very doubtful I will get to watch test skates live.

So many favorites here: Trusova, Akatieva, Yametova would be my dream podium. Followed by Petrosian and Muravieva.

Upd. Savkina/Vakhnov also were there.
