2025 Bellu Memorial is set to take place Feb 18-23, 2025, in Otopeni, Romania. The competition will feature the Singles and Ice Dance disciplines in the Novice, Junior and Senior categories.

The event will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations, ISU Special Regulations & Technical Rules for Single & Pair Skating, Technical Rules for Ice Dance, and relevant ISU Communications.
